COVID-19 has impacted the lives of many in and around Roanoke. As the situation continues to evolve, Copenhaver, Ellett & Derrico wants to reassure our clients and the community that we are taking this situation seriously, and putting safety measures in place that prioritize the health and well-being of our clients and staff. We also want to ensure you get the answers and consummate legal guidance you expect.
As a firm, we are carefully monitoring and adhering to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Virginia Department of Health, other government agency guidance, and staying abreast of any changes or updates.
Attorneys Michelle Derrico, Rick Derrico, and our staff have been advised on the practical measures to help stem the tide of COVID-19, including regular hand washing, the use of hand sanitizer, frequently disinfecting commonly touched areas, and social distancing whenever possible. This involves in person meetings following the CDC distance requirements, using phone conferences, and communicating via phone and e-mail.
If you are an existing client and have a question about your case in light of the COVID 19 pandemic, please call (540) 343-9349 or contact us online. We are available and will be in touch as soon as possible.
