A man in his early 20s was recently pulled over by law enforcement for failing to activate his headlights in the nighttime. When the officer approached the vehicle, he noticed two cases of beer in the backseat. All of the people in the vehicle were underage. Upon further investigation, including a drive back to the convenience store, the young man was charged with two counts of underage possession of alcohol along with use of a fictitious id.
Attorney Cerid Lugar represented him in Salem City General District Court, and all charges were dismissed after negotiations. We are now working with our client to get these charges expunged.
