A woman charged with driving under suspension in Salem City had her charges dismissed. She had been driving on a restricted license, which had been issued for a recent DUI conviction. The woman faced losing her restricted license if convicted of the driving under suspension charge. She hired Copenhaver, Ellett & Derrico to handle the case.
