We recently helped a client who was charged with fifth and sixth instances of driving with a suspended license. The initial suspension had been based on a failure to pay a judgment after an accident. We continued the cases several times over a period of months. Eventually, our client was able to set up a payment plan for repaying the judgment, pay his outstanding fines, and have his driver’s license restored. The initial charges required mandatory jail time if convicted, and they were ultimately dismissed.
Case results depend upon a variety of factors unique to each case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any future case.
