Botetourt County Circuit Court

Criminal term begins the first Monday of March, June, August, October, and December. Grand juries are held on the first day of term after the court convenes at 9:30 a.m. Motion day is held on the first Thursday of each month.

In Botetourt Circuit Court, you may be able to apply for a continuance if you need to reschedule your court date.
